Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Documentation Executive to manage import shipment documentation and coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and customs brokers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of import documentation processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify import shipment documentation.
Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment details and required documents.
Follow up for Arrival Notice (AN), Delivery Order (DO), and shipping documents.
Ensure timely collection and verification of documents such as:
Bill of Lading (BL)
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Insurance Certificate (if applicable)
Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) for customs clearance.
Maintain accurate shipment records in the system.
Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.




Handle customer queries related to import documentation and shipment status.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding duty payments and documentation charges.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper documentation records.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Import Documentation Process.
Understanding of Freight Forwarding & Logistics Operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Import Documentation.
Experience in Freight Forwarding, CHA, or Logistics company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
