We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR activities.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Support performance appraisal and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Handle employee exit formalities and HR reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.
1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Executive role.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and payroll coordination.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
