Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads via cold calling and convert them into long-term customers.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and customers.
Sales Techniques: Apply objection handling, negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.
Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Tracking: Accurately track and report sales performance, follow up with leads, and ensure engagement and retention. --- Required Skills &
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of telesales or B2B sales experience, preferably in a US voice process.
Robust communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts.
