Role & responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management (Primary Allocation)
Manage and support employee lifecycle transactions including employee data maintenance, transfers, organizational updates, and related HR processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions in HR systems.
Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with company processes.
Support issuance and administration of employee letters and lifecycle-related documentation.

Employee Services & Query Resolution
Manage employee queries through HR ticketing and service management platforms.
Coordinate with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requests.
Support delivery of a positive employee experience by providing accurate and timely HR guidance.
Monitor and drive closure of assigned requests within agreed timelines.

Reporting & Analytics
Generate periodic HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Analyze HR data and identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.




Support preparation of management reports and operational metrics.
Assist in development and enhancement of HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Process Excellence
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
Support standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Maintain process documentation and knowledge repository content as required.
Support digitization and automation initiatives within HR Operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of HR operations processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work with data,reports, and dashboards.
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
