Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership for the IB programme while upholding the school's vision, mission, and educational philosophy.
Ensure excellence in the delivery of the IB curriculum through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
Lead curriculum planning, programme development, and continuous school improvement initiatives.
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing academic and leadership teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and student well-being.
Ensure compliance with International Baccalaureate standards, programme requirements, and authorization expectations.
Partner closely with parents, students, faculty,



and the wider school community to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
Oversee academic operations, faculty performance, resource planning, and school-wide initiatives.
Promote professional development and instructional excellence across the school.
Represent the institution at educational forums and strengthen its academic reputation nationally and internationally.

Desired

Profile - Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant discipline;

B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in K-12 education, including senior leadership within an IB World School.
Previous experience as a Principal, Head of School, Vice Principal, or equivalent leadership role.
Solid understanding of the International Baccalaureate philosophy, curriculum frameworks, assessment methodologies, and authorization/evaluation processes.
Demonstrated success in leading school improvement, faculty development, and student achievement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
A cooperative, student-centred leader with strong strategic vision and global perspective.
