Role & responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for commercial and residential interior projects.
Identify and approach potential clients, including corporates, builders, architects, interior designers, consultants, and individual homeowners.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and project discussions with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up with clients until project closure and maintain long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.

Preferred candidate profile
23 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey project industry.




Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
A robust personal and professional network of potential clients, architects, builders, developers, corporate decision-makers, or consultants will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is preferred.
