As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team across various HR functions and gain practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to

Assisting with Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment documentation.

Supporting

Learning & Development initiatives, including training coordination, learning administration, and employee development programs. Assisting in HR Operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, HR records management, HRIS updates, and policy implementation. Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal HR communications. Maintaining HR trackers, reports, and MIS with accuracy and confidentiality. Providing administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting any other HR-related responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
