Role Description As an Internet Specialist intern at Mergen Infotech, you will support online lead generation and customer engagement activities for clients in key sectors such as education, healthcare, and finance. This on-site role, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, involves assisting with managing online customer inquiries, conducting web-based research, and supporting e-commerce and sales-related tasks.

You will help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and collaborate with internal teams to improve online processes and customer experience.



The internship offers exposure to IT-enabled services and digital workflows, with guidance from experienced professionals. This is an internship role designed to build practical skills and provide hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-focused setting.

Qualifications
2+ years of Experience in the same domain.
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and handling online inquiries.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather, verify, and organize information from online sources.
Candidates should possess Sales and E-Commerce skills to support digital sales activities and online customer transactions.
Candidates should have basic computer literacy, familiarity with internet tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
A background in business, commerce, IT, or related fields is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in online operations is a plus.
