Indian Edu Hub (IEH) is a fast-growing EdTech startup dedicated to providing innovative educational solutions, career guidance, and training programs. We are looking for passionate and energetic HR Interns to support our Human Resources team and gain practical exposure to HR functions in a dynamic work workplace.

Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Bangalore (Office-based)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: As per company policy

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Provide support for attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and communication.




Work with the HR team on ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Solid interest in Human Resources and people management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a startup culture.
