Role Summary The Institutional Equity Dealer will be responsible for executing equity trades for institutional clients, ensuring effective order execution, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with Institutional Sales, Research, Operations, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute institutional equity orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor market movements and ensure timely execution of client trades.
Coordinate with Institutional Sales and Research teams to facilitate trade execution.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal trading guidelines.
Resolve trade-related queries and coordinate with Operations for smooth settlement.
Maintain trade records, execution reports, and daily MIS.
Experience & Qualifications
2 to 6 years of experience in Institutional Equity Dealing or Sales Trading.
Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Robust understanding of Indian equity markets, trading platforms, and market regulations.
Excellent execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
NISM certification (preferred).
