Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. This internship provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, HR operations, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and company career pages.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent hires.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Assist with employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.





Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Robust interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Understanding of recruitment and interview processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
