IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Time: 10 AM-7 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in infrastructure management, troubleshooting, automation, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers using Microsoft Hyper-V.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
Support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Perform system monitoring, patch management, backup and recovery, and security administration.
Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams on infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support, procurement, and issue resolution.




Maintain technical documentation and provide regular infrastructure status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Positive communication skills in English are mandatory.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools.
Relevant certifications in Networking, Cloud Computing, or Virtualization technologies.
Experience supporting lab, testing, or enterprise environments.
