Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities include helping with onboarding processes, updating HR documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will assist in managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits-related queries, and supporting personnel management tasks such as attendance and basic employee engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



requiring regular collaboration with team members and employees across the organization.

Qualifications

Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience in a fast-paced workplace.

Worked on recruitment tools like Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter Platform. Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Advantages, and the ability to support documentation and policy implementation under guidance.

Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build professional relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, with good organizational and time-management skills.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Interest in the real estate or proptech sector and willingness to learn about industry-specific HR practices.
