We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and grow into a full-time HR professional.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Must have completed an HR certification or professional HR course (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, or equivalent).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in attendance, leave, and HR operations.




Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and letters.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Support HR compliance and documentation.
Perform administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned.

Internship Details
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hubli, Karnataka
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: As per company policy
Stipend: As per company policy

Full-Time Employment (FTE) Candidates who successfully complete the 6-month internship and demonstrate robust performance, professionalism, and commitment will be considered for a Full-Time HR Executive role at Flogic Consulting Private Limited.
