We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Insurance / Claims / Patient Care/TPA Executive to join our Patient Billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling voice-based interactions with patients, hospitals, insurance companies, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to facilitate cashless authorizations, claim processing, policy verification, and claim status updates while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and patient queries
Provide customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and queries professionally.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and advantages.
Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
Analyze and resolve complex insurance-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2+ years experience in health insurance/TPA/Medical Claims Processing/Hospital Patient Care/Customer Support (Voice Process
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office
