Industrial Field Sales Engineer – Instrumentation & Valves

- About the Role
- VSAN Industries Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team and is looking for experienced Industrial Field Sales Engineers to develop business from manufacturing industries, OEMs, EPC contractors, system integrators, and process industries.
- This is a 100% field sales role. Candidates must be willing to visit industrial customers daily. This is not an inside sales, proposal engineering, or office-based position.
- Responsibilities
- - Visit 5–8 industrial customers daily in SIPCOT, SIDCO and industrial clusters.
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
- Promote Flow Meters, Level Instruments, Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, Industrial Valves and Automation Solutions.
- Meet OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, panel builders and end users.
- Conduct technical discussions, product presentations and application support.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM.
- Requirements
- - Diploma / B.E. in Instrumentation, E&I;,



Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial field sales experience.
- Experience in Instrumentation, Process Automation, Industrial Valves, Flow, Level, Pressure or Temperature products is mandatory.
- Existing contacts with industries in Chennai, Hosur or Coimbatore are highly preferred.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Background
- Candidates from companies dealing with industrial instrumentation, automation, valves, pumps, compressors or industrial equipment are preferred.
- Inside Sales, Proposal Engineers, Tendering Engineers, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Product Sales candidates need not apply.
