Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers warmly.
Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
Manage customer waiting time and seating arrangements.
Offer refreshments to customers as per company standards.
Maintain the reception and showroom entrance in a clean and presentable condition.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle basic customer enquiries professionally.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
