We are seeking a highly presentable, articulate, and customer-centric Retail Sales Manager for our designer fine jewelry retail stores in South Delhi and Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales and high-end jewelry retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring premium presentation and luxury standards.
Drive sales targets by delivering exceptional personal service and building long-term client relationships.
Educate clients on fine jewelry craftsmanship, gemstones, and unique designer collections.
Manage showroom inventory, billing, and boutique visual merchandising.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail showroom sales.
Fluent in verbal and written English with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Soft-spoken, well-groomed, polite, and qualified demeanor.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
