Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to handle user queries, incidents, and service requests efficiently.
Candidates should possess Information Technology and System Administration skills to manage user accounts, apply updates, and maintain system performance and security.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, basic networking, and common enterprise applications, along with explicit written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with international teams, prioritize tasks, maintain documentation, and provide customer-focused support in a fast-paced setting.
