Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should possess high learnability, robust values (positive attitude, solution-oriented, and empathy), and fire in the belly (high achievement motivation). Should be open to recent ideas and be a partner in creating the next practices in higher education that are globally benchmarked. Qualification from a premier institution will be preferred, though it will not be a limiting factor for talented specialists.
