Role & responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving corporate sales and business development for Aditya Birla Pension products by engaging with corporate organizations, CXOs, and HR leaders, conducting presentations and helpdesk activities to create product awareness, generating recent leads through multiple channels, and building a robust business portfolio. The position involves achieving sales targets, regularly updating and managing the sales funnel, coordinating with internal stakeholders, conducting client visits, increasing market share, and ensuring consistent, high-quality business delivery. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and presentation skills, corporate/B2B sales experience, and a basic understanding of financial products and taxation.
