Job Title: Technician

Experience: 13 Years (Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma may also apply)

Location: As per project requirement

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, a safety-first approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities
Install, operate, and maintain equipment, machinery, or systems as per project requirements.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Inspect equipment regularly and report any defects or abnormalities.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments safely and efficiently.
Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.




Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete maintenance activities.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
Ensure proper housekeeping of work areas and tools.
Assist in commissioning and testing of newly installed equipment.

Required Skills
Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts and at project sites, if required.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.

Qualification
ITI (Electrician/Fitter/Electronics/Mechanic) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Relevant technical certification is an added advantage
