Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



mandatory; MBA in Finance or equivalent
18 to 25+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and business leadership roles.
Extensive experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, EPC, large-scale projects, or related sectors.
Proven track record of leading and developing large finance teams and organizations.
Solid experience managing the financial aspects of multi-site manufacturing operations.
Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance management.
Solid expertise in financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and support strategic business decisions.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
