Role Description This is a full-time, on-site intern role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support daily operations by assisting with research, documentation, and coordination tasks aligned with ongoing projects.

Responsibilities may include preparing reports and presentations, gathering and organizing data, supporting internal communication, and helping manage basic administrative activities. The intern will collaborate with team members, attend internal meetings, and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.



This role is designed to provide hands-on learning, exposure to business practices, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and present findings clearly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.

Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and willingness to learn new software.

Organizational skills, including time management, task prioritization, and follow-through on assigned work.

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a team, accept feedback, and contribute to group goals.

Demonstrated initiative, curiosity about business and operations, and readiness to take on current responsibilities.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in business, management, commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Interest in building a career in business, consulting, operations, or a related discipline is an advantage.
