We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 5+ years of experience in the Garment Export Industry.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Tally Prime, export accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, balance sheet finalization, and advanced MS Excel.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, export documentation accounting, and coordinating with the Chartered Accountant for finalization of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete accounting activities using Tally Prime.
Manage day-to-day accounting entries, journal vouchers, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and bank transactions.
Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
Handle export accounting, including export invoices, packing credit, foreign remittances, shipping bills, export incentives, and realization of export proceeds.
Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GST records, and ensure statutory compliance.
Deduct and deposit TDS, prepare TDS returns, and maintain compliance records.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for balance sheet finalization, statutory audit,



tax audit, and annual financial statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and payable schedules.
Handle payroll accounting and statutory deductions, if applicable.
Prepare MIS reports for management.
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, government departments, and internal stakeholders whenever required.

Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in a Garment Export House.
Robust hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
Excellent knowledge of Export Accounting and export transactions.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in Balance Sheet Finalization with Chartered Accountant.
Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Advanced MS Excel skills
