Role & responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD). . Develop and support document archival, indexing, retrieval, and report distribution processes. . Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, validation, and reporting. . Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, system integration, and operational support. . Configure and support CMOD application groups, folders, users, security, and retention policies. . Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues. . Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability. . Participate in application upgrades, migrations, and release deployments. . Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and application support teams to deliver solutions. .



Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions. . Support incident, problem, and change management activities in an Agile setting.

Required Skills:

. 7 9 years of experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD). . Solid proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or PostgreSQL). . Hands on experience with Python scripting and automation. . Experience in report management, document archival, indexing, and retrieval. . Knowledge of Linux/Unix shell scripting and command line utilities. . Familiarity with batch processing and scheduling tools (Autosys, Control M, or similar). . Experience with Git and CI/CD tools. . Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills. . Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
