Role Location :

Key Responsibilities :
Acquire current customers for CASA, Current Account, Savings Account & Banking Products
Source and mobilize liability business through field sales and referrals
Build robust relationships with customers and ensure service satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate leads through corporate visits, market activation & networking
Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines





Eligibility Criteria :
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Finance preferred)
Experience:
02 years for Executive roles
02+ years for Senior / Managerial roles
Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / CASA sales preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Target-driven with strong customer focus
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Age Range Up to 30 years
