About The Role We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a solid and consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. You will focus on research, outreach and leveraging automation tools to support business development and sales teams across global markets.

What you'll do Identify and research potential leads across target industries.

Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Use automation and AI tools to scale lead generation efforts.

Build and maintain structured lead databases.

Qualify leads and pass them to sales and business development teams.

Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies. What you bring 2–5 years of experience in lead generation or outbound marketing.

Experience using automation and AI tools for lead generation.

Strong understanding of email campaigns and digital outreach channels.

Ability to research, segment,



and qualify leads effectively.

Organized and detail-oriented approach. Nice to have Experience with tools like N8N, Zapier, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai and Lemlist.

Exposure to industries like merchant acquiring, PSPs, cross-border payments, forex, gaming, crypto or high-risk verticals.

Understanding of international B2B sales processes.

Experience supporting global outreach campaigns.
