Role & responsibilities
Teach English to Secondary school students in accordance with the Orchids curriculum.
Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons aligned with pre-defined lesson plans and the Orchids teaching methodology.
Assess student learning through assignments, projects, classwork, and examinations.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom setting that encourages critical thinking and effective communication.
Maintain accurate academic records and update student performance on the school's online portal.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress, performance, and areas of improvement.
Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher meetings, training programs, and school events.
Integrate technology and cutting-edge teaching practices to enhance student learning outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
Mandatory: B.Ed.
M.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching English at the Secondary level.
Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
