Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing vouchers, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal vouchers.
Process vendor invoices and customer billing.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Assist in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Support GST-related documentation and invoice verification.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.




Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment-related activities.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Valuable understanding of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of GST and taxation basics will be an added advantage.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or any Commerce-related degree.

Experience
Fresher to 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Freshers with practical knowledge of Tally are encouraged to apply.

Willingness to learn and grow in the Accounts domain.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
