JOB ROLE- Legal Counsel

LOCATION- Banglore

Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigation matters across India before Labour Courts, Industrial Courts, District Courts, High Courts, and other judicial forums.
Handle arbitration proceedings and coordinate with external counsels.
Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, responses, affidavits, claims, defenses, and other litigation documents.
Advise internal stakeholders on litigation strategy, risk assessment, evidence management, and legal compliance.
Handle employment and labour law matters, including industrial disputes, disciplinary proceedings, union issues, and labour law compliance.
Draft and review disciplinary documents such as show cause notices, charge sheets, termination, discharge, and dismissal orders.
Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs,



consultancy agreements, service agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.
Prepare litigation reports for senior management and support audit requirements.
Review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and provide basic support on data privacy and data protection compliance.

Preferred Skills:
Solid experience in Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment Law.
Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
Excellent stakeholder management and legal advisory skills.
Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements.
Ability to independently manage multiple matters across jurisdictions.
