The firm represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various tribunals, commissions, forums, government agencies, and investigative authorities in Delhi and the NCR region.

A&A; Legal supports multinational companies with corporate advisory matters, including labor law permissions, IPR registrations, GST guidance, and regulatory approvals. The firm also focuses on comprehensive compliance and statutory audits under a wide range of labor and employment laws to help organizations maintain robust legal and regulatory standards.

Role Description The Legal Intern will support the firm’s litigation, corporate advisory, and compliance work in an on-site capacity based in Delhi, NY. This internship role involves assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing case summaries, and organizing matter files.

The intern will help in compiling and analyzing statutes, case law, and regulatory materials relevant to ongoing matters and client advisory work. Day-to-day responsibilities may also include attending client meetings or internal briefings, preparing notes,



and coordinating with the team on deadlines and documentation. The role offers exposure to practical aspects of litigation, corporate advisory, and statutory compliance while working closely with experienced legal specialists.

Qualifications
Robust legal research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, case notes, and client communications.
Solid organizational and time management skills to manage multiple matters, documents, and deadlines effectively.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Current enrollment in a law degree program or recent graduate in law; prior internship experience in litigation or corporate advisory is an advantage.
Familiarity with labor and employment laws, corporate regulations, or court procedures is beneficial.
Basic computer literacy, including use of legal databases, word processing, and document management tools.
