Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of residential, commercial, and luxury projects as a full time team member based on-site in Goregaon. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, and contributing to design presentations. The role involves coordinating with senior architects and project managers, updating plans based on feedback, and ensuring design details align with building codes and project requirements.

The Junior

Architect will also help with material research, basic site measurements,



and collaboration with consultants to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of design documentation.

Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., familiarity with BIM or design software integrations).

Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Relevant qualifications include a degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and proficiency in CAD/BIM and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).

Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of local building regulations, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office studio environment.
