Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our legal team. This internship offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, contract management, compliance, and legal research while working closely with experienced legal professionals.

Roles & Responsibilitie
sAssist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
.Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices
.Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records in the legal database
.Support the team in tracking contract renewals and legal documentation
.Assist in preparing legal notices, correspondence, and internal documentation
.Help monitor legal compliance requirements and maintain compliance records
.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documents
.Provide administrative support for ongoing legal matters and corporate governance activities




.Assist in intellectual property documentation and record maintenance, where required
.Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the legal team

Eligibility Criter
iaFinal-year LL.B. student or recent graduate pursuing/completed a bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.
).Robust interest in corporate law and contract managemen
t.Basic understanding of commercial laws and legal documentatio
n.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
).Positive legal research and analytical skill
