Role & responsibilities
Handling legal cases for group of companies.
Drafting and Vetting of Contracts, Agreements, Notices, Petitions etc.
Provide timely and practical legal advice to management and business teams on legal, regulatory, and contractual matters.
Interpret laws, regulations, policies, and contractual provisions affecting company operations.
Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsels and law firms.
Prepare legal briefs, responses, affidavits, notices, and related documentation.
Monitor ongoing cases and provide updates to management.
Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and reduce litigation exposure.
Preferred candidate profile
Exposure in working with Engineering & Manufacturing companies
Fluent English communication
Proficiency in MS Office Skills
Exposure in Arbitration
