Senior Interior Design Lead – Luxury Residential

Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept to completion for luxury residential developments.
Drive design excellence across space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E.;
Coordinate with architects, consultants, project teams, and stakeholders.
Manage and review design consultants to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Evaluate design proposals, material selections, mock-ups, and specifications.
Introduce creative, sustainable, and value-enhancing design solutions.
Present design recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements




Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
Proven experience in luxury apartments, villas, branded residences, or mixed-use developments.
Experience with leading real estate developers, IPCs, or reputed design consultancies preferred.
Solid leadership, consultant management, and project delivery skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
