Core Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and guide them through selecting the perfect gold, diamond, or precious stone jewellery.
Product Knowledge: Educate buyers on product quality, certifications (e.g., hallmarking), pricing, and proper jewellery care.
Sales &
Targets:

Actively work to achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Store &
Stock Management:

Assist with daily inventory counts, properly arrange showcase displays, and maintain strict loss prevention and safety protocols.
Customer Service &
Admin:

Process payments, manage billing documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for services like resizing, cleaning, and repairs.
Marketing &
Exhibitions:

Support promotional events, assist the marketing team with exhibitions, and build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
