Experience in commercial contract management and payment recovery.
Exposure to litigation management and coordination with external counsel.

Civil Procedure Code.
Negotiable Instruments Act.
Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (basic understanding).
