Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid ties with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to secure regular test referrals.
Market Expansion: Identify current business openings through daily field visits, networking, and pitching specialized diagnostic packages.
Promotional Activities: Plan and support local health check-up camps, CME events, and doctor meets to boost brand awareness.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue quotas set by the company.
Reporting & Feedback: Share daily visit reports, track market changes, and report on competitor pricing or service updates.





Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, or Business (or equivalent relevant field).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in the diagnostics, healthcare, or medical services industry.
Skills: Solid communication, active listening, negotiation, and local area networking with medical practitioners.
Travel: Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory (two-wheeler or own transport preferred).
