About The Opportunity A rapid-growing D2C beauty tech startup in the skincare and cosmetics space, we’re building category-defining brands powered by storytelling, data-driven creativity, and digital-first consumer engagement. We operate at the intersection of beauty, e-commerce, and Gen-Z culture — crafting compelling brand voices that convert scroll into buy. You’ll work directly with product, marketing, and creative leads to fuel brand growth through copy that resonates, converts, and sticks.

Role & Responsibilities
Write high-converting, on-brand copy for product pages, email campaigns, social media (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), and paid ads (Meta, Google, Snapchat).
Adapt tone and style for skincare/cosmetic product categories — from clinical actives to clean beauty, luxury to mass-market.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to align copy with visual storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Optimize existing product copy based on A/B test results, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Research skincare ingredients, beauty trends, and competitor messaging to inform compelling,



differentiated positioning.
Manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting campaign priorities in a rapid-paced D2C setting.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
Copywriting
Skincare industry knowledge
Cosmetics product messaging
D2C e-commerce
Email marketing copy
Social media copy (Instagram, TikTok)
SEO basics for product pages
Adobe Creative Suite (basic familiarity)

Preferred
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
Portfolio with 3+ D2C skincare/cosmetic campaigns
