Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Product, and Corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and drive timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and manage candidates through the offer-to-joining lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.




Mandatory experience hiring for Technology, Product, and Corporate roles.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
