About the role:
We are looking for a Dietitian to join Fitelo s growing nutrition team to support clients in achieving sustainable health and weight management goals through personalized nutrition counseling, customized diet chart planning, and structured follow-ups. The role involves managing multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a robust focus on client retention, long-term engagement, and measurable health outcomes through result-oriented coaching and trust-based relationships. Candidates familiar with GLP-1-based weight management protocols and experienced in handling clients on GLP-1 medications will be preferred.

Specifically, this role will involve:
Providing personalized,



one-on-one diet consultations focused primarily on weight loss.
Assessing client health history, lifestyle, and goals to create customized diet plans.

Ideal candidate will have:
Offering practical guidance and ongoing support to help clients achieve sustainable weight loss.
Monitoring client progress and adjusting diet plans based on results and feedback.
Building strong client relationships through empathetic, professional consultations.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of GLP-1, weight loss programs and lifestyle management approaches.
Practical understanding of weight loss products, GLP-1 and their role in weight management.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build trust, assess individual needs, and provide tailored guidance.

Qualifications
Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics
