Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes.
Work on Payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and personnel calculations.
Handle Payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and statutory compliance.
Configure and support Time Management, Leave Management, and Personnel Administration.
Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
Work on payroll integration with Finance, Advantages, and SuccessFactors systems.
Support payroll reconciliation, testing, defect fixes, and production issues.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
SAP HCM Payroll Certification (preferred).
Experience in global payroll implementations/support projects.




Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
Hands-on experience with Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Functions Operations.
Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
Experience in Time Management and Leave Administration.
Understanding of statutory payroll requirements and payroll reporting.
Experience in integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors is preferred.
Positive client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
