Role & Responsibilities:
Understanding the Requirement and Working on JD
Sourcing Profiles
Stakeholder Management
End to End Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
Working on HRMS Tools (Eg. Oracle Fusion/ HCM, Workday, Success Factors)
Working on Data and Dashboards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates who have done Masters Education from UK will be preferred
Candidate must have excellent Communication Skills
Candidate must have solid current/ past experience of doing Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Stakeholder Management
Candidate must have Hands On Proficiency of working on HRMS Tool like Oracle Fusion/ HCM or any other similar tool.
Candidates having past experience on doing UK/ Gulf Hiring will be preferred
