Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks using industry best practices.
Architect end-to-end test strategies aligned with Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, ensuring test coverage for API, UI, and integration layers.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) to enable continuous feedback and rapid regression cycles.
Mentor and upskill QA engineers on advanced automation tools, scripting, and test data management techniques.
Collaborate with Dev, Product,



and Ops teams to embed quality gates, enforce test-driven development (TDD), and improve defect escape rates.
Monitor test execution KPIs (pass/fail rate, flakiness, coverage) and implement improvements to reduce technical debt and increase ROI.
