Required Technical Skills
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, and Network Troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration.
Proficiency in Active Directory, including User Management, Group Policies (GPO), Organizational Units (OU), and Permission Management.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks.
Experience analysing application, server, and system log files.
Knowledge of patch management, system updates, and preventive maintenance.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Basic understanding of database administration and SQL script execution is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Windows Server Backup and Recovery.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
