Role Description The Junior Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation, monitoring channels for trends and audience interactions, scheduling posts, and helping analyze performance metrics.

The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team on digital campaigns, researching competitors, and suggesting ideas to improve online presence.



This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, offering hands-on experience in a rapid-paced digital marketing environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign execution and online growth.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and support brand messaging.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with stakeholders.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and an interest in emerging online trends.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Relevant coursework or training in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
Familiarity with design tools (such as Canva or similar) and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
