Role Summary Own complex production issues, provide architectural guidance, lead problem management, and deliver permanent solutions for high-priority incidents.
Key Responsibilities Resolve critical production incidents (P1/P2).
Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Design and review customizations, extensions, and integrations.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex batch and integration issues.
Review X++ customizations, data entities, APIs, and integration architecture.
Lead major releases, deployments, and change implementation.
Engage Microsoft Support for product defects when required.
Define support standards, best practices, and knowledge management.
Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 teams.
Skills Deep expertise in D365 F&O; architecture and X++
Azure DevOps, integrations (OData, Data Management Framework, Dual-write, APIs)
Performance tuning, security, and setting management
Robust experience with enterprise ERP support and governance
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
