Job Title: MBA Fresher Sales & Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad & Indore

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business leads and support B2B & B2C sales of flooring products and false ceiling solutions.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
Conduct cold calls, client meetings, field visits, and regular project site visits to develop business opportunities.
Identify recent markets, customers, and dealer network expansion opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and share market insights with management.
Support business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.

Qualification
MBA (Marketing) – Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills Required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and MS Office.
Solid analytical ability and willingness to learn.
Ready to travel for domestic client meetings and site visits (8–10 days per month).
