Junior Video Editor

Nishorama is a Mumbai-based women's ethnic wear brand inspired by India's rich craft traditions, including block print, chikankari, bandhani, and dabu. As a fast-growing D2C fashion brand, we create engaging content that connects with our audience across social media and digital platforms. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Junior Video Editor passionate about storytelling, visual aesthetics, and creating content that captures attention.

In this role, you will edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid advertisements, and campaign videos, transforming raw footage, scripts, and creative briefs into compelling short-form content. You will collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and production teams, stay on top of the latest editing trends, transitions, and platform algorithms, and help maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.



The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, comfortable using mobile editing apps such as CapCut or VN, has a solid understanding of social media content, storytelling, pacing, and basic videography, and thrives in a rapid-paced startup setting. Experience editing content for fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands, along with basic motion graphics or Adobe After Effects skills, will be an added advantage.
